We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
• You will not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes;
• You will not misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service.

3. Account Assignment and Use

Profiles are assigned to customers for a defined service period.

You agree:

• Not to share access credentials with unauthorized third parties;
• Not to resell, sublicense, or redistribute access;
• To follow all operational and usage guidelines provided by Uncap11;
• To use third-party tools responsibly and in accordance with platform policies.

Uncap11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, abuse, or policy violations are detected.

4. Payments and Billing

All payments must be made in advance for the selected service period.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize charges for selected services.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of access.

5. Service Availability

While we aim to provide stable and continuous access, Uncap11 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Service availability may be affected by:

• Third-party platform changes;
• Technical maintenance;
• External service providers;
• Force majeure events.

6. No Performance Guarantees

Uncap11 provides infrastructure and operational support. We do not guarantee:

• Specific outreach results;
• Lead generation outcomes;
• Platform algorithm behavior;
• Absence of third-party platform restrictions.

You acknowledge that business results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, materials, and systems associated with Uncap11 remain the exclusive property of the Company.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute proprietary materials without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uncap11 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or reputational harm.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the preceding 30 days.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Uncap11 harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Service;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of third-party platform rules or applicable laws.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

• You breach these Terms;
• You engage in fraudulent activity;
• You initiate unjustified chargebacks;
• Continued service poses operational or legal risk.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless explicitly stated in the Refund Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Uncap11 is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
